Ermahgerd, it’s a Gersberms t-shirt!  If you’re feeling a little lost, let me fill you in.  In March of 2012, a photo was submitted to the social news website Reddit.  The photo shows a girl with pigtails wearing an orthodontic retainer.  She is holding three Goosebumps books (scary children’s fiction novels).  As a result of her retainer causing her to have a speech impediment, above her is the caption “Gersberms” and below her, “Mah fravrit berks”.  The translation is now probably obvious, “Goosebumps, my favorite books.”  The photo, known as a meme in online terminology, went viral across the internet, being reposted to various social websites by a countless number of users.  This Gersberms Goosebumps shirt parodies the familiar logo from the scary books that the girl is holding.
