As most of you are aware, the 300 movie directed by Zack Snyder and based on Frank Miller’s 1998 graphic novel of the same name, tells the story of the Battle of Thermopylae, which took place in 480 BC.  This 300 movie t-shirt displays the face of King Leonidas of Sparta and is based on actor Gerard Butler’s character in the film.  The “Spartan Academy” title is a reference to the elite warriors and their rigorous training that began at the age of seven.  It was then that young Spartans left home to begin their military education.  They lived in small groups called agelae under the supervision of an older boy leader.  If you want to let others know that you were trained under this strict warrior code, let this 300 Spartan Academy shirt promote your alma mater.
