A brilliant scientist, Davros is also the archenemy of the Doctor.  He was severely injured in his people's thousand-year war with the Thals.  This Davros t-shirt displays an image of his face, which includes a cybernetic eye mounted on his forehead (his real eyes appear to have been welded shut).  He is best known for being the creator of the Daleks, an army of cyborgs that he plans to use to take over the universe in an effort to become the supreme being.  He is portrayed by Julian Bleach on the revived Doctor Who TV show.
