We all know that a boss has various duties and comedian and Lonely Island band member Andy Samberg reminds us of a handful of them with the song “Like a Boss”.  The video for the song depicts Samberg’s character attending a performance review being conducted by Seth Rogen, who asks Samberg to take him through a day in the life of “the boss”.  Samberg begins by saying that the first thing he does when he gets to work is “talk to corporate, approve memos, lead a workshop, remember birthdays, direct workflow, use my own bathroom, micromanage, promote synergy, hit on Deborah, get rejected and swallow sadness.”  The song referenced by this Facebook Like a Boss shirt includes numerous other duties performed by the man in charge, in this case Samberg’s character.  Most of these duties are too vulgar to mention here but some are more PG-13 in nature, like score some coke, eat some chicken strips, chop my balls off, black out in the sewer and meet a giant fish.  At the end of the video, Seth Rogen’s character responds in disbelief by saying, “Ah-huh, so that’s an average day for you then?” to which Samberg’s character replies, “No doubt.”
