Last night, I lay in bed listening to the wind rapping against the siding outside my bedroom window. It was only hours past midnight and a winter storm was moving into the region. It was also the start of 12-21-12, the day that some fear that the world will end. Sure, for a moment the howling wind made me wonder if I'd wake up to a scene from the 2004 movie The Day After Tomorrow, or even worse the John Cusack doomsday flick 2012. Then I remembered, I watch too many movies. This I Survived the Mayan Apocalypse t-shirt commemorates December 21, 2012, the day that doomsday preppers fear the world will end. If the next twelve hours go smoothly, this I Survived 12-21-2012 shirt will be a fitting way to commemorate the nonevent. *Note: I understand that some of you may not have access to this post since you're trying to conserve power in your underground bunkers ;).
