Chosen by Zordon, Kimberly Hart became one of the original five Power Rangers.  She was given the Pterodactyl Power Coin by Zordon so that she could utilize the Pterodactyl Dinozord in an effort to fend off the evil alien sorceress Rita Repulsa, who was determined to conquer Earth.   The Dinozord she piloted represented the prehistoric flying reptile from the Jurassic period.  It is featured above her helmet on the front of this Pink Power Ranger t-shirt.  During the first three seasons of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV show, the Pink Ranger was portrayed by actress Amy Jo Johnson, who also represented her in two of the franchise's feature films.
