This wonderfully creative Pokemon design is based on the cover art for the hugely popular children's book The Very Hungry Caterpillar.  Here, the insect has taken the form of a Caterpie, a serpentine Pokemon with red antennae and yellow ring-shaped markings on the sides of its body.  The Caterpie emits a foul odor from its antennae if the antennae are touched or it feels threatened.  Wear The Very Hungry Caterpillar Pokemon t-shirt as you watch the Caterpie evolve into a Metapod (cocoon Pokemon) at level 7 and then into a Butterfree (butterfly Pokemon) at level 10.  Just make sure the very hungry Caterpie doesn't entangle you with its String Shot that it spits from its mouth.
